Summer Development June 23rd - June 26th

At FVH, our camps focus on developing our athletes into great players and great people. Our camps encompass on ice development, as well as hockey-specific off ice strength and conditioning.

This camp will focus on:

• Power Skating, edge work, puck protection and top end speed

• Stick handling, passing, shooting, and creativity with the puck

• Competitive game situations and scrimmages

• Off ice strength and conditioning will focus on lower body power, explosiveness, and strength

• Small group training max 12 skaters

• 2010, 2011 and 2012 Birth Years Only

11:15am-12:15pm On Ice

Must have played AAA or AA during the 2024-2025 season to be eligible

All session at Promenade Ice Centre in Westminster
