WHAT IS INCLUDED

Day Camps are four (4) days a week, split into four (4) different skill based sessions.

  • Power Skating

  • Stick Handling + Shooting Practice

  • Off-ice Conditioning Workout

  • The day ends with a team flow practice and a competitive game.

HOW IT WORKS

Drop your player off for the day for a deep dive into hockey. Each day will start with power skating and edge work - the most important skill in hockey. Our coaching staff will work closely with your player to ensure proper skating techniques are established during this time.

After, we move into stick handling and shooting practice, followed by an off-ice conditioning workout. The day ends with a team flow practice and a competitive game, a combination of small area games and full ice. These camps are a perfect combination of high intensity player development and fun. 

Typical Schedule:

9:15am-10:15am - Power Skating and Edge Work

10:30am - 11:30am - Skills 

11:45am-12:45pm - Off Ice Workout

12:45pm-1:45pm - Lunch 

1:45pm-2:45pm - Flow Drills and Competition 

3:00pm-4:00pm - Small Area Games and Scrimmages

4:00pm-4:30pm - Pick Up

Please note, players will be responsible for their own lunches, water bottles and snacks. Meals will not be provided during this time.

PLAYER EXPECTATIONS

We ask our players to make a pledge to not only us but their guardians that they will - Work hard each session, this time is dedicated to development save playtime for recess. Listen to player and coaches feedback - hearing multiple perspectives and differentiating opinions can open up new skillset possibilities. Respect your teammates, other players, and staff - we are all here to help each other become the best version of themselves - and that starts respecting each other’s time, effort, and abilities.
